What are healthy foods? They are nutrient dense foods endowed with numerous health benefits for body’s well being and upkeep.

One of many myths about healthy living is that healthy foods are expensive, this isn’t true because most of the healthy foods we have are nature provided and needs no packaging. This is the reason why I selected these healthy foods that are readily available to man and all comes from individual food groups {carbohydrate, Fat.Vitamibns.Water, fibre and minerals)

1.WATER:pure water has no calories u need to panic for fear of getting fat, just make sure you drink the 3-4litres as recommended daily. Water detoxifies and also serves as a medium through which vitamins B and vitamin C absorbed by the human body. I know you don’t want stories that touch the heart after all efforts to eat vitamin A and C just for lack of water to spoil all.

water2.AVOCADO (FAT):Here comes another healthy food I love and I know you will love it too because it tastes good. Rumours has it that avocados are full of fat. yes is true but chill, fats that avocados contain are good fats called monosaturated fats is proven to help lower cholesterol level and lower risk of heart diseases, also the monosaturated fat in avocados add vitamin E to the human body when eaten in MODERATION.

3.BEANS (PROTEIN):This healthy food occupies the top position with meat as it relates to nutrient content. Beans are full of fiber and water this alone provides that satisfying fell that you get after consuming it in addition beans are high in antioxidants, iron and most especially protein. Any way if you are not a fan of beans I guess you will like the healthy food that occupies number

4.EGG (PROTEIN):This contains vitamin A,E and B12 adding to its list of nutrient is CHOLINE a nutrient that promotes brain development in the foetus and newborn as well as memory function in old age.

Calcium is not left out as it strengthens bone and teeth in children and helps prevent osteoporosis in females.
